Being a lovable toaster means sometimes you need to switch out equipment from time to time and make repairs. Here is the full set of combat-related gear that Circuit is able to utilize and a little sneak peek on how he is able to switch out his parts.
The tool he is holding allows for t and ball socket pieces to be disconnected in order to remove his legs and arms for the swappable parts he has.

But in my opinion he also needs some legs that work quite well in the water like flippers ^^
