Mega Man '94 cartoon action fanfic, feat. Splash Woman

The 1994 "Mega Man" cartoon is one of the things that inspired my enjoyment of buff supervillains using their powers to dominate a buff superhero. (In this cartoon, all the characters were depicted as bigger and more muscular than they are in other versions of "Mega Man.")
In this fanfic action sequence, Mega Man finds himself bound and sinking in the ocean, where he falls under the spell of a siren-like Splash Woman.
This is the milder version of the story.

CHARACTER ORIGIN INFO:
-- Proto Man and Dive Man were in the cartoon (as were, of course, Mega Man and Rush).
-- Splash Woman never appeared in the cartoon, as she's from the game "Mega Man 9," which didn't come out until 2008.
-- Remote Man and Rapture the robo-dolphin are my original fan creations.
