After some of Carrion Brood scouts had seen the Skyfury Brood king's display of power by tearing down a Terran stronghold without much of a struggle, the queen of the Carrion Brood, Rivern, could not help but to try and replicate that power. This scene being her observing the construction of the new addition to her swarm.
