After the events with the explosion of the magic tower, Eric and his friends were in the Basitin hospital. While playing, Eric saw something beautiful and could not restrain himself by making a spank. The doctor got angry and decided to punish him. She led her colleagues from which Eric got nervous. They stunned him, injected him with anesthesia and prepared him for surgery. When he woke up he was shown a mirror in which he saw the honor became a beautiful bimbo lady basitin. To the surprise of the doctors, such changes were to the taste of Eric and his pervert essence came out in full and attacked the doctors. It is not known what was happening outside the door, but he punished all three. Flora was looking for her friends and found an embarrassing scene, from which she awkwardly retired. This made Eric that a couple of his friends were here, too, and he came up with a cunning plan. He persuaded the doctors to do a couple more operations. Enlargement of forms for Natani. And gender change for Keith. Eric is pleased.
