It's actually happened, though mostly on enclosed Roller Coasters.
OIoh.. the too tall for rides thing.... memories. Nothing worse then having to tell a patron.. I'm sorry your too tall for this ride. More so giving most places make you eyeball it. As they have the short sign, but never often the large sign.
Also, Zaphira and Shen are so sweet
P.s. Taxes? Eh. And I who thought having a gargoyle customer who want to 'cuddle' during daylight was bad!

That last is so me LOL being 6’9” IRL, I hate most amusement parks cause I can’t fit on most of the rides. Never enough leg room. Oddly enough, same first name too LOL
