This is a really nice and great Birthday pic you made for Hierarch :) . I say you did a really great job with Mizu, and it's also great to see Olivia again :D . Overall nice work :) .

A cute picture and a great gift, very thoughtful. Olivia and Mizu both look adorable, and so happy, with a hint of mischief it seems as well,... the hidden confetti bombs are a nice touch indeed,.. but yeah, should be perfectly safe to like the 'candles' ;)
