Saying that, (not into vore personally) why don't prey types do that if they're swallowed whole especially if they have claws, you know, tear out their predator's throat from the inside, that must be painful, right?

Well, maybe that's because lions chew their food before swallowing. Timon won't be able to do anything to the lion's throat if he's torn to pieces.
