I've drawn myself with 
sl1 a couple times before, but it was only ever showing my appreciation for him ― I thought it would be a good idea to show some reciprocation. I really do like those hands.
While this did take a while, it's somewhat alleviated by me having spent all my time on this outside of normal drawing hours, so it didn't detract any time from me working on other content (except for the time spent writing this description, at least). It got off to a nice fast start, too, with me somehow drawing myself in only about an hour (without hands or feet, granted), but sl1 took something like five hours. I'm still just not used to him, between his unique proportions (that I spend a lot of time on because of how much I like them) and his head that I still have no idea how to approach systematically. I've freehanded it every time so far, though I guess I at least framed out his muzzle first.
I'm not sure I have much to say on quality. I'm actually very pleased with how I turned out, especially for how fast it was, but I don't think much of how I drew sl1. While I'm not too bothered, I think it's the worst his head has turned out for me before, and I don't have any particular feelings about the rest of him. The fingers feel a tad long, though.
Still hoping people don't mind the occasional male-oriented piece devoid of the usual fetish content.

if anyone minds then it's their problem, your you choose the content!
I do certainly choose what I produce here, but the main purpose is still to help fill a rather barren niche. Working on anything else will tend to get in the way of that, and it becomes evident that there's little appreciation for other subjects, anyhow.
Of course, this piece was more for him than the general public in the first place, so the appreciation of others wasn't exactly the point (even if a very nice thing to have).
Humm...fair point yus but still it doesn't mean that from time to time you can pull away from it to do someyhing of another subject like this one ^^
