Have you ever seen Disney's Fantasia, particularly the "Nutcracker Suite"? There are different fairies there too! "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" and "Waltz of the Flowers"
Honestly, I'd love new Fatnasia remake just to see some good ol' Disney hand drawn animation. CGI has come a long way, and I won't say Disney CGI movies look bad, because they don't... But, the original 2D style just has a certain charm to it. It's like watching a painting come to life.
