the first Violet (Iris) bloom. I have several patches around the yard, and they all seem to be prepping to bloom this spring, should be VERY beautiful this year, they don't always bloom.

I enjoy iris's very much. I have white, purple, blue and a water version with a bright yellow bloom.. *hugs* I don't think I have one quite this shade of violet, its very pretty.
*hugs back* they're pretty, I have the second bloomer on my weasyl page that is very interesting coloration. I have several patches around, seemingly randomly. they don't always bloom, but they all seem to be this color when they do. there are quite a few buds coming up so if they all go it should be Very pretty
